Volunteers needed.
Our monarch way station is in need of some TLC (i.e. weeding).
Please join us on Sunday, September 8, from 1-3PM when we will pull stilt grass, mile-a-minute, and other unwanted plants from our butterfly garden.
Please bring water, sturdy work gloves, bug repellent, and sunscreen. Please wear closed toed shoes, long sleeve shirt, and long pants. If you have a favorite tool for weeding, please bring that along as well.
For those less familiar with our property, the monarch way station is situated across from the main trailhead parking area, between the Demory House and the Education Center. Please meet at the picnic table across from the main parking area.
